Huston is the second child born to filmmaker John Huston (himself the son of actor Walter Huston) and former ballerina Enrica Soma. In 1953, the family moved to California to County Wicklow, Ireland. The following year, they moved to a country manor near County Galway. Huston had a lot of her growing up years at the tranquil estate.
